If you would like to have your pet microchipped on October 10th in Bray or Noember 14th in Leopardstown, please complete the form below as spaces are limited.
You will also need to have photographic ID and a utility bill, issued within the last three months – please note this is a legal requirement and we will be unable to chip your pet without this.
You do not have to be client of The Irish Blue Cross to avail of this service.
