New Irish Pet Advertising Advisory Group (IPAAG) should alleviate problems with Online Sale of Pets.

Yesterday, The Irish Blue Cross and other welfare and special interest groups came together at the Mansion House to welcome Minister Simon Coveney’s (Department of Agriculture) launch of new IPAAG, which aims to eradicate many of the problems involved in the on-line selling of pets. New minimum standards laid down by IPAAG’s member welfare groups and sellers’ aims to sufficiently raise the bar in the pet selling sector to improve the quality of on-line sale of pets in Ireland, at a time when more and more people are buying and taking on pets.

This year The Irish Blue Cross is 70 years in existence in Ireland and the charity very much welcomes this new IPAAG venture and recent animal welfare legislation, which it proudly supports.
